Fix for patchwatcher error in my 16 vertex shader type

This fixes the patchwatcher failure in my last submission of this fix.
This is not a total implementation of the 16 vertex shaders.
It is an assumption that no type checking for the 2 other vertex shader 
calls are needed (short and int) and can be called with the current 
implementation of 4 parms. This seems to work without adding the two
opengl calls.
