Test for antialiasing of fonts in palette and RGB bitmaps.

Add font tests for antialiasing in both palette and RGB modes.  In
palette mode, we should never do antialiasing, even if the font
specifies it.  In RGB modes, we should antialias if the font is set up
for it.
