oleaut32[2/3]: add some missing simple types to _argsize and _xsize

  A few simple types were missing in these function. I think VT_BOOL 
corresponds to VARIANT_BOOL and should also be a special case and the 
VT_VARIANT return from _xsize is a copy&paste bug from _argsize, but I 
have yet to check that.
  The _dispargsize already contains these cases.
