[PATCH 1/2] include: Add explicit DUMMYUNIONNAME and DUMMYSTRUCTNAME names to anonymous unions in IDL files.

These aren't present in the PSDK versions of these files but are
necessary for us to be able to compile Wine with compilers that don't
support anonymous structs and unions.
