[kernel32/tests #3 1/2] Fix tests on NT4

Hi,

Sorry for the weird numbering but this is number 3 for the kernel tests
but this patch is part of a series. This series of patches is 
independent from the other 2 patches.

CreateFileMapping acts differently on NT4 and made us not delete the
testfile. Closing the handles fixes all 13 tests.
