ole32: when renaming a storage element, delete from the current iface

DestroyElement already searches ancestorStorage. If we pass it This->ancestorStorage, it will actually search This->ancestorStorage->ancestorStorage, which is not what we want.

This makes it possible for Publisher 2003 to save documents.
