[advapi32/tests] Fix test failures on W2K

Hi,

On W2K some of the well known SIDs seem to be available (the call to
CreateWellKnownSid() succeeds wrongly I guess) but the account name cannot be 
looked up.

I also fixed some typos and added a small cleanup to allocated memory in the
same go.
