[secur32/tests] Document some crashes on Windows (Try2)

Hi,

(For try2 I also tested that Windows crashes for the W-call in both cases).

Just to show that we are bug-for-bug compatible. Coverity #915 was
complaining about a possible dereference and Joris Huizer mentioned the
same for the size parameter being NULL.
