d3d9/tests: IDirect3D9_GetAdapterIdentifier tests

These tests check the Driver and Description as returned in the
IDirect3D9_GetAdapterIdentifier function, and acts as a placeholder
for similar tests in the future. Better emulation of this function (by 
changing wined3d/directx.c) will be required to fix bug #15839.

I have little hope this patch will be accepted, but I would appreciate 
feedback on the test strategy and what the results are on Windows machines.  
For example, the drivers are the Windows XP drivers, so I'm very interested in 
results on other versions.
