[1/4] (Try8) msi: Enfore use of GetFileAttributes return value.

Try8: Change number of tries, as suggested by James. Last patch of this
series was already submitted in a previous patch set which was half
accepted.

Hi,

This series tries to fix msi DrLocator AppSearch action in case of
relative or empty paths.

I discovered this problem when running msi tests on a root drive
directory different than C:\.

It was tested on Wine, Win2k and WinXP.

This first patch is only there to enforce usage of GetFileAttributes
return value I discovered while I was looking at appsearch.c code and
was included in the series because following patches were made on top of
it.
