3/4 winex11: add X11DRV_XRender_CopyBrush

Hi,

This patch adds X11DRV_XRender_CopyBrush which is needed for when I
add support for dibsections in additional formats. The issue is that
the depth of the brush bitmap (it could e.g. be a 32-bit DIB) might
differ from the screen_depth (e.g. 24-bit) in such cases depth
conversion is needed.
