4/4 winex11: add support for dibsections at depths other than 1-bit or the screen depth

Hi,

This patch adds support for dibsections in additional depths. It has
been tested thoroughly by some users at wine-devel. Using their feed
back a bunch of bugs have been fixed including badmatch and rendering
issues. As far as I am concerned there are no visible issues or wine
crashes remaining. Among the tested apps are Office 2007 and
Photoshop.
