[transl 4/4] Write more information to the lang and summary files

Hi,

Although this one could be seen as part of the "Pedantic" patches it
doesn't change the output on the webpages. It is mostly meant to show
where the other 3 patches bring us.

For resource files we already had the number of resources with an error.
This is extended with:
- the total number of errors in the contents (e.g. strings) of those
resources.
- the number of resources with a warning.
- the total number of warnings in the contents of those resources.

The above information is also reflected in the summary file.
