d3d9/tests: detect empty graphics driver name

Hi,

In Wine from 1.1.20 up to 1.1.25, the graphics driver name was shown
empty in driver selection menus for cards not recognized internally by
Wine (e.g. all Intel cards).  Normal it would show "Direct3D HAL".

This was broken 2009-04-13 by Roderick's commit
f2e2e3e49947490368900ef06a92e1df1bc52820 and fixed as a side-effect of
Henri Verbeet's commit 7ec911adebf8294bc614dbc1287bd5c578690047

I've attached the test part of my obsolete patch from 13th of July to
prevent this bug from occurring again.
