[transl 3/8] Add the ability to pass a pedantic parameter around

Hi,

When the possibility is added to switch between Normal and Pedantic mode
   we need a way to change the URLs accordingly.

This of course can already be tested by adding a manual "?pedantic=" to
the URL for the index page. Pedantic mode is not active yet of course
but it does show how the URLs will look like.
