cryptnet: Check revocation at an appropriate time

I tested this on WinXP.  I also submitted it to winetestbot, and it
passed on all the VMs, but I'm not sure the results I got were valid,
since I'd expect Win2k to have failed the tests (see my earlier test
fix patches for Win2k.)  I'm actually hoping some Windows version
besides Win2k fails, so it'll give me an excuse to do revocation
checking in the logical place.
