[ole32/tests] Don't crash on Win9x/WinMe by using more A-functions

Hi,

Changed most of the W-functions in their A-counterpart. I opted for a 
strcmp_ww function (instead of strcmp_wa) so that most of the WCHAR's 
don't need an char equivalent. Only copied the strings where a 
DeleteFile was involved.
