msi/tests: Remove some barriers to running msi tests in parallel.

Hello,
My name is Chris Schafer. I am a High School interested in programming,
and Dan Kegel is helping me get started hacking WINE.

For starters we decided to tackle bug
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20987

Using different filenames in each test avoids most of the
problems and lets all but install.c run in parallel.
Good enough for starters.
