[gdiplus/tests] Fix some test failures on older gdiplus

Hi,

Not necessarily broken but marked as such to have Wine use the newer 
behavior.

There will probably always be a discussion whether win_skip() is more 
appropriate in these cases. The net effect is almost the same. 
win_skip() adds another line to our report file, broken() doesn't.

Maybe we should just have a deprecated() that is the same as broken() 
but just doesn't look that bad ;)
