[kernel32/tests 2/2] Add some tests for GetLongPathNameW

Hi,

These tests are again not exhaustive. One of the things Windows (NTFS) 
will allow is to have paths up to 32767 whereas Wine on Linux has a 
limit of 4096 (PATH_MAX).

I'll probably add more tests in the future to show these limits on 
Windows but I doubt we'll need it in Wine anytime soon.
