[mmdevapi/tests] Fix a test failure on Vista+ with no soundcard present

Hi,

Fixes the test failure by allowing E_NOTFOUND as an error. I also added 
some cleanup actions.

(Maybe we'll have a W2K8 box with no failures after/if this one is 
applied :) ).
