[6/7] avifile: Solve remaining playback issues that occured with irregular sized chunks

These are some independant fixes Henri Verbeet made through IRC. They 
fix a crash I came across testing different AVI files. He noted the 
avifile code had many more problems. I guess this also shows the need to 
fix bug 14085. This patch allows all AVIs I had around to work properly 
now, so the biggest show stoppers should be fixed with my set.
