[shell32/tests 3/3] Fix some test failures on NT4 (FO_COPY)

Hi,

NT4 is again different as the other platforms. I threw in only one win_skip().
If more are needed let me know.

This is a very extensive testsuite to it takes ages to find out what's happening
on the failing platforms (mainly NT4 and Vista). A lot of test failures are
ironed out now, 20 or so left on NT4 and Vista.

This patch series of 3 is tested on Win98, NT4, W2K3 (and Wine of course).
