oleaut32: Fix OLEPicture rendering vector metafiles without setting up the source rectangle

Description:
   Fix a problem where vector metafiles loaded using
OleLoadPicture/OleLoadPictureEx do not setup a source rectangle when
::Render is called.  This issue was causing Athena Visual Studio to
attempt to render its vector metafiles as being extremely large (tens
of thousands of pixels), which caused wine to crash.
