[shell32/tests 1/3] Use A-functions to test on Win9x

Hi,

Even though there was a comment stating to use A-functions we were still using
lstrcatW and others. We now also cleanup properly on Win9x.

I used SHGetSpecialFolderPathA so we didn't need another WideCharToMultiByte.
