Hello

Forgot to mark the tests as todo and made a small typo in the previous
patch.

Nikolay Sivov sent a patch for the same bug 16161. We made the patches
simultaneously.

The question is: How to handle cases where the Windows API result in an
segfault?
Both patches go different ways. It would be nice to know which way is
preferred.
