[kernel32/tests 1/2] Fill the buffer to show a bug in Wine (Resend)

Hi,

(Resend as it's now a series of two).

Found while investigating the profile test failures on Win9x.

New tests still succeed on my W2K3 box but 2 fail on my XP system. This means it
could introduce some new test failures (will be fixed ASAP once shown on
test.winehq.org).
