Changelog:
	services.exe: When asked to search by display name skip NULL names

The BITS service has an empty display name and causes the SCM to fault when 
trying to install (create) a new service.

This should fix many of the errors like:
err:rpc:I_RpcReceive we got fault packet with status 0x3e6
