2/2 XRender: add transformation matrix helper function

Hi,

Add a helper function for setting the transformation matrix of a
xrender picture. Right now it is only used for stretching in
AlphaBlend but future patches will also use it for mirroring and for
that xoffset/yoffset is needed.
