2/2 XRender: add a XRender version of GetSrcAreaStretch

Hi,

This patch adds a XRender version of GetSrcAreaStretch. No back
copying from X is needed for stretching, further XRender offers color
conversion and parts might be accelerated on the GPU. In CrystalMark
this patch already gives a 20% performance boost in blitting. More can
be achieved later on in the SRCCOPY case as there we can save a copy
action to an intermediate pixmap.
