[transl] Actually highlight equal strings when comparing to English (US)

Hi,

This patch makes sure it's immediately obvious when strings are 
potentially not translated.

I don't think we want to have some warning on a higher level page as
having the same strings can happen in real life of course. Thoughts on that?
