winex11: use set_xrender_transformation in AlphaBlend

Hi,

Use set_xrender_transformation in the AlphaBlend function instead of
XRenderSetPictureTransform. Further always call it even when we don't
need scaling. This is useful for when picture re-use is added (this
can boost performance quite a bit).
