shdocvw: pretend success in WebBrowser_Stop.

Fixes bug http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9895
I asked a question ago about this change a week ago on wine-devel, but got no response so now i'll try this way.

According
to msdn this function "Cancels a pending navigation or download, and
stops dynamic page elements, such as background sounds and animations."
so afaics it should be pretty harmless to return success for now.
