[mshtml/tests 1/4] Correct a test and show a Wine bug

Hi,

Found this while looking for the reason this test failed on Win98. I
guess this test was supposed to test for a correct return value.

(Tested on Win98 up to Vista)

The reason that this particular test failed on Win98 is actually the use
of lstrcmpW, which is usually not supported on Win98. The use of
lstrcmpW will be corrected in follow-up patches.
