Use correct constant types in dlls/d3d9/device.c

The underlying numbers were the same in both cases, but indeed it
was the wrong symbolic names (types) for the respective variables.

Use correct constant types (WINED3DPOOL_DEFAULT instead of D3DPOOL_DEFAULT
and WINED3DRTYPE_SURFACE instead of D3DRTYPE_SURFACE).
