[gdi32/tests] Fix several test failures on Win9x/WinME/NT4

Hi,

The ENHMETAHEADER struct size is different on 9x, ME and NT4. This patch 
takes care of these differences in some of the tests.

(Only 3 failures left for this particular test on NT4!!)
