[gdi32/tests] Fix some test failures on NT4

Hi,

For some reason NT4 (all of the ones on test.winehq.org) set this value
to 168 instead of sizeof(RECT). I played with most of the variables but
the 168 never changed. I didn't find anything that matches this 168 so
I left the "magic" number.

Fixed a small typo in an ok() message while at it.

Only 1 failure left on NT4 but that needs some thought as to what the
cleanest way to fix this is (has to do with the 168 but inside the emf
data).
