[mapi32/tests 1/3] Don't run tests if ScInitMapiUtil() fails

Hi,

Turns out ScInitMapiUtil() fails on some of the Win98 and (apparently)
all WinME boxes.

If this fails we shouldn't test. Although at first glance it looks
(test.winehq.org) that none of these imalloc tests fail, it's actually
because most of the boxes don't run these tests at all.
