[taskmgr] Fix Dutch translations

Hi,

Mostly additions, two strings that were not translated and I had to 
widen 1 field to fit the string.

(I didn't see processes but there is already a bug openened for that; 
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17428)
