winecfg, winedos: Provide trailing \ now required by GetVolumeInformation

Hi,

this fixes bug #19045. More specifically, I added the required \ in three locations I spotted, not only the one in winecfg.

There's still a need for a review of the impact of commit f7e6777e6e19ca3be4b84f98baf22ef53ab19f96
    kernel32: Fix GetVolumeInformation[AW] to require trailing \.
on 6 more uses of GetVolumeInformation in the wine source tree.
