[taskmgr] Fix Dutch translations (Resend)

Hi,

I forgot to send patch 1 so patch 2 didn't apply cleanly, sorry for
that. This patch combines the two.

Added some translation. I also changed one and had to widen the area
for two strings to make them visible (while 'shrinking' one string to
fit on the window).

Some strings are not translated (they weren't before) and I don't think
it makes sense to start translating "Handles", "Threads" and the likes.

I didn't opt for translating the debugchannel types (nor adding extra
text as Aurimas did as that needs a bigger window/columns).
