[ddraw/tests] Fix some test failures on W2K/VMware

Hi,

Bailing out earlier now when we have a refdevice.

Henri was right about a missing EndScene. The previous check for '!refdevice'
was preceded by a BeginScene and wasn't matched up with an EndScene in this
particular case.

Waiting with other patches till this one is accepted.
