[riched20/tests] Fix and extend EM_FORMATRANGE tests

Hi,

The old tests failed on low resolutions. MSDN specifies that the the rc and 
rcPage rectangles should be in twips. As we used the resolution as the rectangle 
this failed for low resolutions.

While at it, I extended the tests a bit. Tested from W95 to Vista and for 
different dpi's.
