[1/3] [wined3d] add pow2Matrix_identity flag to BaseTextureClass struct

Part 1/3 of a patchset fixing this particular bug: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14762

The patch tackles a problem that is probably only encountered on the nVidia Geforce FX series. For more
details see the bugreport.

The patchset only fixes the problem for the GLSL backend and works perfectly stable there (tested with some
of the HL2-engine based games like HL2 itself, Episode 1, Portal, etc. - also Max Payne 2 and FEAR are fine).

A patchset for the ARB backend is nearly finished but still needs some more testing. Doing this kind of thing
with ARB is a lot more difficult than with the highlevel shading lang :)

I hope it's all fixed now. The problem with the cubemaps is now fully fixed, see the first patch for details on this matter (was quite a pain to track this down).
