winemenubuilder: add Wine's MIME types to freedesktop (try 4 WITH PATCH)

Changelog:
* add Wine's MIME types to freedesktop

Try 4 uses UTF8 strings once again, and does first a case sensitive
then a case insensitive glob to extension match.
