ole32: process all sent and some posted messages in CoWaitForMultipleHandles

With a test program that uses CoWaitForMultipleHandles in a single-thread apartment as a main loop, I found that on Windows all sent messages were processed, the program's window did redraw, keyboard and mouse input was ignored, and only posted messsages from 0x3e0 through 0x3e8 were processed. This brings Wine's behavior in line with what I observed.

This fixes a regression in chemsketch 5.
