2/2 winex11: use get_xrender_picture in X11DRV_XRender_GetSrcAreaStretch

Hi,

Reuse XRender pictures in X11DRV_XRender_GetSrcAreaStretch. A separate
get_xrender_picture is needed because we don't want to have any
clipping region set for a source operation (XRender applies a clipping
region for all operations and not just on the destination as you would
expect).
