[PATCH 00/16] Winmm/MMsystem split

The following serie splits the multimedia core library into its 32 bit and 16 bit components.
(aka winmm resp mmsystem)
The most notable impact of this serie is that we no longer support (native) 16bit drivers for multimedia.
It should not be too much of an issue as we still support 16bit multimedia apps.
If needed we could enable back 16 bit driver support in mmsystem only (but I doubt the case will show up).
