oleaut32/tests: Check handling of DispCallFunc result types

Hi,

DispCallFunc in oleaut32/typelib.c sometimes gets in trouble when return
types are either VT_VARIANT or VT_DECIMAL. The attached testcase should
reveal these errors that cause the symptoms of bug
