[PATCH 8/10 resend] mmdevapi: Add support for the AudioClock interface

Same patch, I just wanted to clarify that IAudioClock2 is the same as 
IAudioClock, but with all methods removed except GetPosition, and an 
incompatible vtable layout. So I'm forwarding AudioClock2 to AudioClock 
because it makes more sense in this case.
